I recently noticed a problem in my state's records for my business, and even after speaking with the California FTB I still had a number of questions I was stuck on about how to correctly sort out a tax matter from years ago. In addition to Joyous helping me figure out and prepare the right information, she also independently researched and found a couple of errors on the FTB end that FTB had not yet caught or mentioned in my previous discussion with the state, which enabled me to get a head start on providing information to get those ironed out, too. Joyous was responsive, reassuring, helped answer all my questions, clearly knew the related topics, and the fee felt fair. I'll definitely return to her for help if I have future questions, or send others her way if they're seeking advice of this kind.
