I have been EXTREMELY successful at Offers in Compromise, Payment Plans, and First Time Penalty Abatement! (personal note: I cannot believe Block did not pay us commission on this kind of thing :( Unbelievable! I was able to get a client a penalty abatement of over $11,000 and didn't earn a penny for all that work. I've probably helped over 200 clients set up favorable payment plans and even helped some file for Currently Not Collectible and they had to pay NOTHING!) Joyous assisted me with an audit. I'm very grateful for the time and work she put in for me. It was a relief to find someone capable and methodical to help me in a stressful situation. She broke down what the IRS wanted from me on all of those letters and specified everything I needed to present for my audit. I recently noticed a problem in my state's records for my business, and even after speaking with the California FTB I still had a number of questions I was stuck on about how to correctly sort out a tax matter from years ago. In addition to Joyous helping me figure out and prepare the right information, she also independently researched and found a couple of errors on the FTB end that FTB had not yet caught or mentioned in my previous discussion with the state, which enabled me to get a head start on providing information to get those ironed out, too. Joyous was responsive, reassuring, helped answer all my questions, clearly knew the related topics, and the fee felt fair. I'll definitely return to her for help if I have future questions, or send others her way if they're seeking advice of this kind.
