Tammy has been amazing for me. I owed some back taxes from 2014 and Tammy worked diligently to file my last three years along with refiling my 2014 tax return. Basically I went from owning $40k to getting back a 6k refund. On top of the incredible results, Tammy was also very pleasant and quick to respond. For the past 2 years, Tammy has been my steadfast tax expert and beacon of light as I navigated one of the most difficult processes in my life: filing an Offer in Compromise. Despite the evidence that I was likely a 'poster child' for why an OIC is a viable option for tax payers like myself, I was overwhelmed with shame and confusion at the very thought of how to begin and how to get through this experience. Tammy was not only professional, knowledgeable and skilled in understanding the OIC process (and complicated income tax returns too), but she was kind, compassionate and encouraging through every step of the way. While her expertise was beyond reassuring, it was her humanity that helped me stay engaged in the process. I call her my 'Guardian Angel'. She helped me find hope for my future, and I will be eternally grateful until the end of time for her kindness and hard work.

My wife and I initially started working with Tammy through a 3rd party service-provider, which we'd paid to take care of a tax-related issue. Normally, working with a service like that comes with innate concerns and even fears that you won't be taken care of, and that it'll be difficult to communicate with anybody to actually get results. However, from the moment we began working with Tammy, she was available, insightful, helpful, professional, and ultra-compassionate. And once the process with the 3rd party service-provider had ended and we found ourselves needing an accountant, she was the first and only person that came to mind. We've now worked with her for several years, and she has continued to be accessible and helpful, insightful, and her sense of compassion and encouragement has only become more and more evident. I only wish my business accountant were so easy to work with, and if Tammy were local, I'd be having her fill that role for me, too. Regardless, because we came to know her through a 3rd party service, we feel so fortunate to have been connected to her. We could have been passed to any number of tax professionals in their network, all of whom are probably fine or even great...but we think it was possibly even divine intervention that we got Tammy. And we remain sincerely grateful that we did.
