Sergio Melendez

Mr. Melendez represented an elderly couple against the collections division of the IRS. When the couple disputed an assessment made by the IRS for a particular year, Mr. Melendez reached out, and I represented the couple in US Tax Court. Throughout the representation, Mr. Melendez was present and attentive to assist the couple in anything necessary.
