We had several years of unfiled taxes. We were receiving notice after notice from the IRS and CA State Franchise Tax Board, they had placed liens on our home, and we even had a field agent show up at our home! (Scary!) We tried one company that took our $10,000 and didn't do a thing, then we found Sergio at Semper Tax.
