Mr. Osterwyk and his firm were of a great help to us. We had a few years of back corp tax that was not filed by our prior firm. Not only were they able to help with that they assisted in reducing the non compliance fee that the IRS charged us. We would recommend him for personal or business- we had a question and we got an answer. "A+"
