I recently noticed a problem in my state's records for my business, and even after speaking with the California FTB I still had a number of questions I was stuck on about how to correctly sort out a tax matter from years ago. In addition to Joyous helping me figure out and prepare the right information, she also independently researched and found a couple of errors on the FTB end that FTB had not yet caught or mentioned in my previous discussion with the state, which enabled me to get a head start on providing information to get those ironed out, too. Joyous was responsive, reassuring, helped answer all my questions, clearly knew the related topics, and the fee felt fair.
