Herb helped me to rectify the problem with past tax returns. I totally appreciate how prompt he was in returning paperworks. He sent me email regularly to provide full and all necessary information. I feel I had friend who cares about me and who stood by me throughout the process. I did not feel alone or confused as to what to do because Herb guided me through everything. I am so grateful.
