I want to highly recommend Herb to represent you for your IRS audit and penalty problems. I was referred to him by a CPA/Attorney I know. He manages primarily IRS audits, penalty abatements, and trust fund penalties. Basically, I was audited by the IRS and owed around $10 million or so with penalties. Herb was able to get the tax reduced to zero. He is great to work with and since he is a former Large Case examiner, Appeals Officer, and Tax Court liaison, he understands the IRS process. (I believe Herb only works IRS cases with liabilities that exceed $50,000). Thanks again Herb!
