Charles is the person you go to when you have a tax problem! I tell my tax-delinquent friends about the calm I felt after my first consultation with Charles. Although my tax situation is not yet resolved, I am not fearful anymore. You put me at ease right away and I appreciate you not making me feel so stupid.
