Thank you for answering the many questions I had regarding my tax problems, which I had to deal with. It was a pleasure doing business with you Charles. When it comes to dealing with the IRS, it isn't a pleasurable experience. However, you made it much easier to deal with.

Charles is the person you go to when you have a tax problem! I tell my tax-delinquent friends about the calm I felt after my first consultation with Charles. Although my tax situation is not yet resolved, I am not fearful anymore. You put me at ease right away and I appreciate you not making me feel so stupid. I highly recommend you to anyone with IRS and NJ tax problems.
