I was rushing to do my last minute taxes and after dealing with a different big name tax service and was unsatisfied, I found these guys close to where I live. I attempted to do my taxes on my own and was pretty close to finished them but couldn’t navigate the site correctly for what it was asking me. Mr. Jones took 20-30 minutes out of his day to help me navigate the website over the phone and complete my return. I WASN’T CHARGED A PENNY! Highly recommended!

Keith took payment of $1,750 from me in February. He was supposed to complete a tax assessment for me in a timely manner. It’s now July and he still hasn’t prepared it. I’ve called and emailed multiple times. He has refused to issue a refund and keeps saying he will get everything to me tomorrow. He's been saying this for months. I left a review on social media, warning others about his behavior. He then sent a text message on my personal cell phone threatening to destroy my company and make sure I can’t make a living. This is scary because he requires new clients to sign a POA. I do not recommend Keith. He took payment and did not provide the agreed upon service or products.
