. Keith Jones, CPA has been professional, clear, and steady through a very stressful tax situation. He explained what was happening in plain English, told me exactly what documents he needed, and made sure everything was handled through the secure client portal. What I appreciated most was that Keith knew how to communicate with the tax authorities without making things worse or overcomplicating the process. He helped me understand my options, kept me focused on the next step, and treated me like a real person instead of just another case. I have been very happy with Keith’s work and would recommend him to anyone dealing with a serious IRS or state tax problem who needs an experienced CPA who knows how to handle tax resolution matters.

I was rushing to do my last minute taxes and after dealing with a different big name tax service and was unsatisfied, I found these guys close to where I live. I attempted to do my taxes on my own and was pretty close to finished them but couldn’t navigate the site correctly for what it was asking me. Mr. Jones took 20-30 minutes out of his day to help me navigate the website over the phone and complete my return. I WASN’T CHARGED A PENNY! Highly recommended!
