With over two decades of experience in taxation, finance, and the franchise industry, I have successfully established a tax resolution, compliance, and business start-up consulting practice. I have assisted numerous clients in various tax controversy matters, including collection, examination, and appeals. Additionally, I have helped clients reduce indirect and direct tax audit assessments, provided tax preparation and due diligence training to small tax businesses, and developed strategic business plans.
