He is proffessional and will lead you in the right direction that best suits your IRS needs He treats each individual case by case, and his fee's are very reasonable. Tyrone Taylor is just about the best tax preparer around. There is never a time I've called on him where he wasn't pleasant, receptive, and most of all, helpful regardless of the time of year - not just tax season. He goes far and beyond to help his clients, and his specialty seems to be getting people out of a MESS. I had a fraudulent tax preparer who wasn't submitting my tax returns for years despite telling me she was. When I discovered what was happening, she disappeared. I ended up in IRS-hell from years of back-taxes and all the penalty fees that came with it. I found Tyrone Taylor (thank GOD) and he straightened out everything for me. It was quite a feat, yet he made it look easy, and he calmed me down! He understands the pressure that people are feeling when the IRS is after them and he genuinely cares. He works diligently to reverse the damage, and at a very reasonable cost. It's obvious that it's not just a job to him. It seems to be a ministry that he enjoys very much. His outstanding customer service makes me feel as though I'm his only customer. I've been young and now I'm not so young. I've had many tax 'professionals' in my life over the years, and by far, Mr. Taylor has been the best. Regardless of what state you live in, I recommend that you employ his services. I promise you that you won't be disappointed.
