Contacted Tom because our previous CPA goofed up our corporate tax return so badly that the IRS assessed a penalty of more than $20,000. Tom was able to provide a reasonable cause explanation to the IRS and the whole amount was removed. This guy knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him!
