Shanon was great! She really helped us out when we were in a bind due to unfiled returns, where the IRS and NCDOR did substitute returns. We went from owing almost half a million dollars in taxes to less than $5,000 because she helped us navigate what needed to be done. Can’t recommend her enough!

Shanon was a true delight to work with. She's a professional and bends over backwards to help on tax matters. I was stressed out, worrying about the IRS taking everything I had because life happened.
