Shanon was responsive, helpful, courteous and professional in assisting with correcting a years old tax issue between 2 states with an amended filing for NC. Shanon was great! She really helped us out when we were in a bind due to unfiled returns, where the IRS and NCDOR did substitute returns. We went from owing almost half a million dollars in taxes to less than $5,000 because she helped us navigate what needed to be done. Can’t recommend her enough!
