I needed expert/experienced guidance related to IRA distributions which include both untaxed and pre-taxed contributions. I was concerned that I could get into a complicated income tax situation without realizing it and find myself answering some expensive questions to the IRS. I chose Phil to guide me because of his IRS background. I wanted someone who was an Income Tax Professional and one who would look at my situation and solutions from both sides (my side and the IRS’s side).
