Patti ONeill dug us out of the less than intelligent choice we had made to ignore filing our returns over the course of a few years. We are now caught up and moving forward with far less stress in our lives.
Patti approached our situation like it was a problem she could, would and did solve. She diligently looked for and achieved the best possible outcome for us. Patti is smart, tenacious, and really knows her stuff. I especially appreciate that she "tells it like it is," so we knew what to expect. Still, even when the news was less than fun, she was kind and we never felt judged by her.
Having Patti in our corner gave us the courage to face a situation that was a constant dark shadow lurking over our shoulders. At the risk of sounding mushy, it genuinely feels like Patti gave us back our life. We highly recommend her!
