Michael Repoli

Michael R Repoli is a Certified Public Accountant, and an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS. Mr. Repoli is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Professionals where he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Chapter. He is also an Associate member of the American Bar Association's tax section. Mr. Repoli specializes in tax resolution work representing clients before the IRS and State taxing agencies. He helps taxpayers that are behind on tax filings and also those that owe the IRS money. In addition he prepares tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, C Corporations, S Corporations, LLC's, Estates and Trusts and income tax returns in all states within the US that have income taxes. Mr. Repoli started his career with the Hartford CT office of what is now KPMG an international accounting firm where he worked on audits of publicly held NY stock exchange companies. Mr. Repoli has been successful in eliminating IRS tax assessments in excess of $1 million dollars by filing financial forms with the IRS and proving taxpayers to be CNC (currently not collectible) for long enough for the statute of limitations on collection to expire.
