Thanks for visiting my profile. I enjoy representing taxpayers before the IRS – audits, unfiled returns, offers-in-compromise, trust fund taxes (payroll), collections, innocent spouse cases – all the things that most tax professionals don’t like to take on. I have over 35 years’ experience in tax and substantial legal experience in tax, real estate, and small business matters. I’m a business owner so I understand all that small business owners go through. As you can see, I have a BS in Accounting/Economics from Trinity University and a law degree from the University of Texas.
My office is in Round Rock, Texas and I primarily work with taxpayers in Central Texas, but I can help you with your tax needs across the country.
