About Mark Colella
I’m an experienced CPA who mainly works with business owners. I help entrepreneurs and families whose finances have grown more complicated as their businesses and investments have grown.
Many of my clients own more than one business or entity.
Some clients have several operating companies. Others might have a main business along with real estate LLCs or other investments. In some cases, both spouses own businesses.
What starts as a simple tax situation can turn into a mix of businesses, entities, investments, and tax issues that all need to work together.
That’s where my approach can really help.
I run a boutique CPA practice on purpose. I’m not aiming to serve hundreds of clients or build a huge firm. By keeping my client list small, I can work closely with each person and understand their full financial picture, not just one business or tax return.
When you choose my firm, you’ll work directly with me.
I take the time to learn about your businesses, how your entities connect, where your income comes from, your goals, and how decisions in one area may affect another.
With that understanding, I can offer coordinated accounting and tax guidance for all parts of your financial life.
My services include:
• Business and individual tax preparation
• Proactive, year-round tax planning
• Accounting and bookkeeping support
• Multi-entity accounting and tax coordination
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Entity structure and tax considerations
• Ongoing business and tax advice
I believe the best CPA relationships are built over time. The more I get to know you and your businesses, the more helpful I can be when you face big decisions, tax questions, or new opportunities.
I know I’m not the right CPA for everyone. I want to build long-term relationships with a select group of business owners who value having an experienced CPA who really knows them, understands their businesses, and is available throughout the year.
