Lance was very professional in his approach with the IRS and the state tax people. Lance went above and beyond rectifying my situation. I have as kept well informed of all actions that were being taken and it was explained to me in Lehman's terms. I don't know what I would of done with out lances assistance in the things he assisted me with. I would recommend Lance to anyone who has a tax issue. If Lance can't correct it then it's not an issue!

First of all a big thank you to Mr. Herndon you have made my life much better today as the last ten years were not so good with the IRS hanging over me. To anyone that needs help on long overdue taxes you need to call Mr. Herndon. He is personal and understanding and does what he says. Most of all he gets the job done and makes you feel confident and comfortable in the situation that some of us working people get into. Believe me he is a 5 Star plus. From my very first contact with Lance, I discovered him to be extremely professional, well-versed, and genuinely empathetic regarding my tax situation with the IRS. For a long time, I had been worried about my IRS liability, but during my initial phone conversation with Lance, he was able to put my mind at ease and reduced my stress. I was 65 years old and owed the IRS a large quantity of back tax. I have been unable to work in my area due to my age and the amount of time I've been away from it, thus I was unable to pay off the taxes owing to the IRS. Lance reached an offer in compromise with the IRS, which was accepted. I highly recommend Lance to anyone who has a tax problem.
