Kristine spent significant time understanding our tax issues as well as the larger financial picture before making recommendations. She was able to negotiate with the IRS a favorable payment plan that we were happy with. She also found a penalty in prior tax returns and secured a penalty abatement. Throughout the process, communication was excellent.

Kristine meticulously analyzed several years of our tax returns and transcripts after we discovered a significant overpayment of household employee taxes. We had made multiple payments over the years that were not credited to our account. While she wasn’t able to locate the missing funds directly, she prepared a detailed document for our Congressperson to advocate on our behalf and guided us on the next steps. Thanks to her advice, we quickly recovered a substantial portion of the missing payments and are hopeful that more will be found. Kristine also secured a penalty reversal we weren't aware we were entitled to, which was refunded with interest.
