Very knowledgeable. Refered me to tax office

Kristine helped us out of a challenging situation with our finances. Once we receive a letter from the IRS, there was a great deal of tension and worry, not knowing what to do, by luck we found Kristine and overall she didn’t make any promises. She explained the situation to us she didn’t build up our hopes, but in the end, she over performed, we were told that the situation may take several months, while it took 4 to 5 weeks. We got full resolution within about five or six weeks. Our problem was resolved and we were able to continue with our lives. The first thing that happened when we contacted her, was that we were able to take a breath , and have some hope because a professional was in charge of our problem with the IRS. Couldn’t be happier with the results and couldn’t recommend Kristine highly enough. She was 100% for us.
