I had a really great experience speaking with Kristine today. She took the time to clearly explain how I can amend my 2024 and 2025 tax returns being married those two years. She walked me through everything step by step, making it easy to understand. She explained on how I would need to wait until I receive my 2025 tax refund before amending that year, but can go ahead and amend my return for 2024. What I appreciated most was how calm, patient, and detailed she was. I was honestly nervous at first, but she quickly made me feel comfortable and confident about the process. Beyond just the tax guidance, we ended up having a deeper conversation about my current situation and my goals for the future. She was understanding, encouraging, and genuinely supportive. That conversation left me feeling positive and motivated about what’s ahead for me and my family. Kristine was recommended to us by a tax preparer on base in Fort Hood, and I’m truly grateful for that recommendation. She exceeded my expectations and helped me more than I anticipated. I highly recommend her to anyone needing guidance and clarity with their taxes.

Kristine was extremely helpful and thorough walking me through options and best plan of action with handling past dues to the IRS. She provided a realistic timeframe on how to handle payments and want my personal budget and goal should be to achieve getting to a zero balance. I work with a financial coach that I reached out to after receiving a Final Notice for a balance due with the IRS. I had been making payments but not in a formal plan so the payments did not stop my account from going into collection. He recommended Kristine and she took my call after scheduling a 30 minute consultation. During this call, I explained to her my situation and earnest desire to get into compliance. She explained what the form that I had received meant and then gave me step by step instructions on what to do and what my possible options were. I followed her instructions, called the IRS and spoke with a representative. I told them exactly what Kristine told me to say and the person I spoke to was able to grant me a 180 day extension and on top of that, found a $3,900 credit from 2017 that she applied to my current balance. I almost burst into tears. It felt like I could breathe again and am so grateful that on that consultation call, as the client of another coach, she would be willing to give me wisdom, guidance and direction on how to resolve my situation. I am immensely grateful and although, I hope to never find myself out of compliance with the IRS again, if I ever were, I would 💯 perfect consult with and work with Kristine. She was professional, confident, knowledgeable and incredibly reassuring which gave me tremendous peace of mind.
