Kevin T. Kelly

His interest in the field was piqued during his years of service in the military, when Kevin purchased his first rental property and began studying tax preparation to understand the mechanics of rental property taxation. Over the years he has continued to develop his tax, accounting, finance and entrepreneurial skills in a multitude of ways; from freelancing as a tax professional, to building and then selling a successful taxation and accounting practice with hundreds of individual and small corporate clients, working as an administrator, CFO and healthcare finance director for medical practices and as a consultant for a Fortune 100 pharmacy company.

No stranger to the rigors of academia, Kevin has earned degrees in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Healthcare Administration, the IRS Enrolled Agent license and a JD.

The son of a NYPD officer and HR manager, Kevin spent five years on active duty and two years in the reserves. During his years in the military where he won several soldier of the year awards, two good conduct medals, and honed skills in military taxation.

Kevin is a man of many talents, interests and hobbies. He has lived in NY, CA, TX and abroad, travelled extensively through Europe, speaks French, German and Spanish, skis, plays tennis, golf, soccer, has a black belt in Tae Kwan do and an abiding interest in history, travel, art, museums and wine. He resides in Long Island with his daughters and granddaughter.
