Judson Mallory

Judson is a partner at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he helps individuals and businesses navigate a wide range of IRS and state tax issues. He has deep experience in areas such as IRS settlements, tax compliance, audit representation (from initial IRS letters to audit reconsiderations), appeals, foreign bank reporting, syndicated conservation easement matters, innocent spouse relief, as well as handling levies, garnishments, penalty abatements, and lien releases.

Judson earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was recognized with High Distinction for his pro bono work. While in law school, he served as a graduate research assistant and worked in the Georgia State Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic as a student attorney. He was also active in student leadership, serving as treasurer and webmaster of the Legal Society for Intimate Violence Education (LIVE).

Outside of work, Judson enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife, Jordan, and their three children.
