John Willis is the CEO and founding attorney of THE WILLIS FIRM PC. His law firm focuses exclusively on helping individual taxpayers and businesses solve serious tax problems. Mr. Willis founded his law firm in 2002 with the vision of providing excellent, results-driven representation in a relaxed, casual environment. Born and raised in New Orleans, Mr. Willis currently resides in Point Clear, Alabama, on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay but he considers the entire Gulf Coast area his home. He is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court and can represent taxpayers from anywhere in the United States before the IRS. Mr. Willis is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Florida Bar and he is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 11th Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. His law firm, THE WILLIS FIRM PC, is located in the heart of downtown Fairhope Alabama.
