I have helped numerous clients with IRS and state audits, Appeals, erroneous notices, and collection matters including offers in compromise, installment agreements, partial pay agreements, etc. I've even helped clients with Tax Court petitions when the IRS was unwilling to settle erroneous notices or cases.
