He did absolutely nothing other than take my $2,500.00. Every time I emailed him I got an automated message saying in court or medical problems or other excuses. He had me fill out forms that were not even close to being self explanatory, when I tried to get him on the phone he was never available to explain the questions on the forms. I finally gave up on trying to reach him after a year and now I’m going in a different direction with my tax issue. Walk away and use a different service because you won’t get any service here.

Jeff is the consummate professional and I recommend him highly. He charges proper fees; he prepares returns promptly and accurately and he does an excellent job negotiating with the Feds and state.

Ignore the poor review.

Jeff is 100% a con artist. His performance was abysmal. I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction does not stem from unfavorable IRS results but rather from the astonishing lack of professionalism and competence displayed by Jeff Johnson and his company. He has a knack for drawing clients in, securing payment, only to unleash a barrage of excuses shortly after. Once your money is in his hands, the seamless process promised gives way to a litany of explanations for delays and shortcomings, leaving clients frustrated and questioning the value of the service provided.

Throughout our engagement, Jeff consistently exhibited an attitude of arrogance and condescension, which is entirely unacceptable when dealing with clients. He seemed to have a never-ending list of excuses for his failure to perform his duties effectively. Whether it was blaming a computer crash, blaming a hurricane, mentioning medical problems, or bringing up court-related matters, Jeff was always quick to shift responsibility and postpone our case.

Furthermore, his communication was flawed. He would request essential documents from us, and when we promptly provided them, it felt as if he simply relegated our case to the bottom of the pile, forcing us to repeat the process all over again.

Before considering any engagement with Jeff Johnson or his company, I strongly urge prospective clients to conduct thorough research.
