Jasmine helped me by preparing my personal and business taxes. She also was able to speak with the IRS on my behalf to create a payment plan that I was comfortable with. Jasmine has always been very professional, discreet and making sure my taxes are prepared correctly.

I came to Jasmine for help with an audit with the IRS. I was honestly freaking out and thought I was going to have to pay back a ton of money based upon their initial notice and items they were questioning that I had I filed on two prior tax returns. Jasmine handled everything for me and even though she wasn’t the one who filed the returns that I was audited for, she knew exactly what to look for and got the IRS off of my back way faster than I even imagined. She also made sure I was set up with the proper bookkeeping for my business moving forward so that I know I’m covered if the IRS ever starts asking questions again.

Jasmine was excellent to work with! I had avoided some of my tax issues for several years until I got notice that my wages would be garnished for some past tax debts and unfiled returns. I tried one of the big name relief firms that I saw commercials for, but for months I felt like they just took money from me with nothing to show for it. If you want actual results, then you need Jasmine. She was thorough, compassionate, and kind. Getting that wage garnishment notice was so embarrassing, but she made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel judged like I did with some of the reps from the first company I used. She did so much work including amending some years that I foolishly filed on my own and had completely messed up. That alone saved a ton of money! The best part was how she explained each step to me and involved me in the conversation of what my options were. I just can't express enough gratitude to Jasmine and her team for their help!
