Jared has over 22 years of experience helping individuals and businesses with tax, tax litigation, administrative law, creditor's rights, real estate, bankruptcy and commercial law. Jared is admitted to practice in Montana, Idaho, Utah, North Dakota, Wyoming, United States Tax Court, Crow Tribal Court, and the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Court. Jared obtained his B.A. from Brigham Young University, His JD from the Utah School of Law, and his LLM in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
