Nicole saved me a headache and some time by filling out my W2 paper work!

She asked questions about my situation, income, forms and such I received, then quoted me what I felt was a very reasonable price. She has 19 years experience in her field. I felt very confident that she would do (and did) a great job for me. She is a great communicator, very fast, and helped me with using the online app. I found the whole process painless and relatively easy. She has now completed both of my late returns. I am no longer dreading another upcoming tax season and so happy Nicole has me back on track. I highly recommend her!
