Glen Parchmann is a partner in the Firm. Glen has more than 17 years of business experience providing insight and problem solving for a range of clients across industries, including information technology, financial services, construction, professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, not-for-profit, and hospitality. He has extensive experience working with private companies for federal and state income tax compliance requirements and financial reporting related to income taxes. He has a background in information technology having served for 30 years with software companies and is available to consult on issues related to Bitcoin and alternative crypto currency taxation issues. Glen is an enrolled agent with the IRS. He represents clients regularly before the IRS to resolve tax debt issues. He also consults with individuals on gift taxes, estates, trusts, and partnerships as well as individual tax returns. He is available to advise non-public companies on a variety of federal, state, and local planning matters. He guides professional staff on technical tax matters. Glen also has an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
