I'm an owner operator truck driver. I had not filed taxes for the last 6 years. I'm a resident of Arizona but contract with the company out of Wisconsin. I had received a letter from Wisconsin saying that I owed them $30,000 for state taxes which I didn't understand, being a resident of Arizona. I contacted Farah. We did a phone consultation and I hired her to help me with my situation. I sent her all my files, which were complete mess. As complicated as it was, trying to figure out my paperwork as well as as the tax laws that pertain to me for driving through various states. She was able to make sense of it all and get My tax returns filed with the proper states as well as with the feds. Wisconsin was very aggressive trying to collect. They gave us deadlines and even with those deadlines to get it done they sent a 100% payroll levy which put me out of business temporarily. I Immediately contacted Farah, she answered right away and started working with Wisconsin the next day. I took about a month to get the levy released because they did not want to cooperate, but nonetheless she worked it out they released the levy, assessed the proper tax amount owed and she got me on a payment plan with the state. I'm back to work And we Will begin the next phase which is dealing with the IRS and trying to work out a settlement and payment plan. I did not originally come to her for that I came to just get my taxes filings, filed. She did such a great job with the huge mess that I was in that I am confident moving forward and having her help me with my IRS back tax situation which is currently at almost $800,000. While it is still stressful, having somebody that prides their self in doing a good job and being very thorough to get it done right definitely take some of that stress off. She is helping me moving forward, to teach me to stay compliant and run my business better, staying on top of bookkeeping and tax filings. I will be using QuickBooks with payroll and she'll be helping me with the onboarding process for that as well. Farah has done a great job for me and has been very prompt responding when I reach out to her. Thank you Farah to you and your team for helping. I really do appreciate it

she is a great communicator! she made sure i fully understood the process at hand instead of jumping ahead. it takes me a few tries to listen fully & understand…Farah was more than patient with me; and when your being challenged by the federal gov. & already in stress mode—you really need at CPA who is patient and doesn’t mind telling you over & over again how to
fill out forms! i’ve had the OTHER kind of accountants….not helpful.
