We timely filed the charitable tax returns and her excellent audit knowledge of private foundations caused her client to avoid a $2,000,000.00 excise tax penalty. We were able to reduce to $0 due on the foundation tax audit.

In the second case, Elizabeth worked with great patience and accuracy, discussing with me the necessary information for the filing and amending 3 years of 1120s tax returns, 1065, and 1040 and corresponding state tax returns for my business client that owes thousands to the FTB and the IRS. We were able to show errors in the client’s prior tax returns and secure excellent results on the controversy.
