Ed and I were partners in a tax practice that focused on US based clients with overseas activities. Ed was extremely knowledgeable in this area and I was always surprised how broad an understanding Ed had of this complex area. While I focused on the UK Ed was an expert on South America but coupled that with a strong base of European countries.

Ed was able to use technology extremely effectively which is very important when dealing with people and clients around the world. He made a number of videos that helped explain this complex area to our clients
