Ed has saved me from dealing with Federal agencies and also the State. Ed shielded me from phone calls and letters. Ed was very quick and prompt to remove a 100% Levy that was put on me, he resolved this within a 48-hour time period. Ed constantly keeps me up to date on the status of my situation, what he has achieved, and what the game plan is for the next day. Ed has resolved my situation for a very small fraction of what the IRS and the state were stating that I owed. However, the best part about working with Ed and his team is that they make you feel like they care about you. This is not a giant corporation. They treat you like a human and show empathy and they all care very much about their customers and their customer’s situations.
