Diana has been doing my taxes for several years now. She has a system that makes it a really easy process for her clients. I believe my taxes are more confusing then most but she always gets them done in a timely fashion. If you have a question on anything tax related she will get an answer for you. She is just amazing. You cannot go wrong with using her as your tax expert.

Diana helped me file past tax returns, and provided documentation to the tax authorities showing past partial payments. She brokered agreements with the IRS and the state tax agencies that allowed me to establish a payment plan.

Following Covid and the death of our in-house bookkeeper, our taxes were in disarray. We were several years behind in filing returns and in paying. Diana agreed to take on a huge, messy task and did it brilliantly. Not only did she negotiate with both the IRS and the State, she persuaded them to abate, and in most cases, entirely eliminate penalties. In addition, Diana has become a great resource to our business and its members as to business practices and strategic decision making.

Diana worked tirelessly on my behalf to get clarification and resolve a fraudulent payroll tax issue. She was relentless in getting the issue resolved for me. I would not have been able to do this on my own without her professional expertise and guidance. She was very clear with the action items I needed to take and always responded to me incredibly fast so we could keep moving my case forward to a resolution.

Diana helped get my past unfiled tax returns filed and up to date. It really feels great to have that taken care of!
