David Ramirez was very professional and helpful. He gave me several suggestions on the best ways to move forward, and in what sequence. He advised me about letters I received from the IRS. He was not judgmental and he did not make me feel bad. He stayed focused on solving the problem and telling me realistically what he thought could be done. I appreciate his help immensely.

I got myself into quite a tax-related pickle and didn't even know how to get started on fixing it, or where to turn for help.
