Several years ago, my wife and I found ourselves in dire straits with the IRS due to our past mistakes. We were severely in debt and did not know how to move forward. Cindy was recommended to us by several of our co-workers and they assured us that she has been very successful in negotiating with the IRS as a certified IRS agent, as well performing financial and accounting counseling. Her approach with us was very no nonsense and was very clear that we would need to follow her direction and advice. We signed a “Power of Attorney” over to her and she began to apply her skills, perseverance, and expertise to use and placed us on a path of financial recovery. After a few years we were able to purchase our first home, which had been a lifelong dream for us. Cindy continues to manage our taxes, provide financial guidance and accounting counseling. Our credit scores are now above average and we no longer are insecure about our credit status. She is highly recommended by everyone who has been blessed to have her as their accountant and tax resource. Cynthia was professional, knowledgeable, and persistent in solving my tax issue with the IRS. She was also supportive and reassured me that I had done nothing wrong.
