Christopher G. Carmona

Christopher George Carmona has been a Certified Public Accountant CPA since 2008. His career started in Pasadena at Martin Werbelow LLC. His primary focused was on Audit and Review services in the non-profit industry. Some high-profile clients included the Pasadena Rose Bowl, BCS bowl, and the Los Angeles Police Historical Society. In 2012, his career transitioned towards forensic accounting and litigation support for the boutique firm Laffer & Gottlieb in Beverly Hills. The firm’s emphasis was in civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and tax controversy. The firm was later purchased by Clifton Larson Allen CLA of Century City California. Christopher graduated UC Berkeley Haas School of Business in 1995 and earned his Award in Accounting from UCLA in 2005. After becoming a licensed CPA, Christopher further continued his knowledge by becoming a Certified Fraud Examiner by the ACFE in 2013. Christopher began as a solo career in 2019 and he created is own APC in 2022 to further concentrate his practice in tax controversy and litigation support.
