About Chris Goss
I represent individuals and small businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and several state tax authorities I matters such as amendments, collections due process, appeals, and offers in compromise and collections alternatives. In addition to practicing tax law, I serve as a public arbitrator for FINRA, hearing securities disputes. I use my unique experience from both sides of the bench, along with my personal motto of "cooperative communication when possible, aggressive advocacy when necessary" to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.
Understanding tax law and policy is important for effective resolution, but it is only half the battle. Cases are decided by people, not policy, and understanding and effectively communicating with people is where I shine.
While results cannot be guaranteed, I can guarantee diligent, skillful, and knowledgeable advocacy to help you get the results you need.
