I have been representing clients in resolving their tax problems with the IRS and the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance since 2016. I have helped countless clients obtain the resolution that best suits their situation, analyzing their personal finances and the various resolutions available to minimize their tax burden and find a stable path forward for them to manage their tax problem. I have successfully negotiated offers in compromise, installment agreements, the granting of hardship status, and other resolutions. I represent clients at all levels of IRS and NYS collections and appeals as well as in the United States Tax Court. At the start of 2023, I launched my own firm, McLaud Law P.C., along with several other tax professionals I have worked with for many years.
