Chad and his team were really helpful when the time came. I had some pretty confusing (to me, at least) S corp taxes since I just changed corporation status and state of incorporation. Because of all this, I had not filed taxes on-time. Also, turns out, I owed about $30k in taxes. After working with Chad and the team at Silver Tax Group, they began coordinating efforts on my behalf and talking with the IRS agents. It was extremely helpful, and because of them, we were able to negotiate payments on the taxes due. Thank you Chad! Highly recommend for any corporation taxes.
