Alex was amazing throughout our three year fiasco. There was an error in our 2020 tax return, of course it didn’t help that we shut down with COVID, had to send in amended returns etc. The IRS sent me letters saying that we owed over 54k penalties and payment was due soon, obviously that was terrifying. I went back to see Alex and she didn’t hesitate. We signed POA to her, she was constantly on the phone with the IRS for hours, we kept in communication through email through out the whole process. We finally had our issue resolved and thanks to Alex. I appreciate that she didn’t give up on our situation and knew that it was an error on their part, which they finally admitted to. We are cleared from all penalties/debts to the IRS.
