I am an Enrolled Agent in Good Standing. I had 42 years of experience working for the Internal Revenue Service, mostly in the Field Collection Division as a Supervisory Group Manager and Field Revenue Officer.
I have a wide variety of expertise in both Federal and State collection matters. My diverse experience in negotiating resolutions for clients includes but is not limited to: installment agreements, Offer In Compromise, penalty appeals, business tax debt, Trust Fund Recovery Penalty assessments, doubt as to liability, innocent/injured spouse, hardship cases (unable to pay), Substitute For Returns.
