Contacted Tom because our previous CPA goofed up our corporate tax return so badly that the IRS assessed a penalty of more than $20,000. Tom was able to provide a reasonable cause explanation to the IRS and the whole amount was removed. This guy knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him!

When my ex-husband failed to file tax returns and left us in a situation with thousands of dollars of unpaid taxes it really caused me a lot of problems. I appreciate the quick action that Tom Hawbaker took to get the IRS to remove a lien they had placed on the property jointly owned by me and my ex-husband.
