I tried to handle this myself but was quickly overwhelmed by the process. We had closed down a partnership but hadn’t filed all our taxes and the IRS had assessed us a tax, penalty and interest owed. Steve was able to get on this quickly, pull our transcripts, get our tax returns caught up and had our partnership tax bill, penalties and interest eliminated. It was a nice conclusion to an otherwise big mess.
