The IRS missed applying a form that Mary submitted with our 1040 package. We received notice of additional taxes due. Mary sent the appropriate response to the IRS for us. She also spoke with the IRS representative for us and guided them in correctly applying the form and distribution of related income across years as intended. She resolved the issue promptly with her knowledge of the proper application. The case was resolved and closed.
