and at times she was unprofessional. Responses were vague and it appears she had other businesses that reduce her availability. The documents provided by her were of poor quality. I ended up redoing everything I paid her to do.

Michelle was professional and very detailed. She was able to make corrections to my tax return as well as assist me with filing my business taxes. Michelle is amazing at what she does. I had a huge tax debt After reviewing my tax returns. She amended my tax return and made corrections which reduced my tax debt tremendously. I am DEFINITELY using her services again!
