Carlos was available and walked me through step by step the process in what my rights were and how I should be able to communicate properly with the FTB to get my funds released. Taxes, we all have them and we all need some help there with the IRS. We don't know what our options are and Carlos does. And he delivers the solutions so you feel comfortable. It's a conversation.
